I'm building a new computer in a LAN box PC case (HAF XB Evo). I wanted to know if there was anything out there that I could put into the disk bay to connect Gamecube controllers. It would be like a USB extension slot for the front of your PC but instead of USB 3.0 ports, it would be Gamecube inputs.

take it out of the case, cut holes for it in a  front panel or something. I doubt you'll find anything specifically that will fit a front bay 

or you could fit this piece in there somehow

you would have to modify a gamecube to usb adapter to fit. i think the one released by nintendo for wii u has a pc mode but you'll have to fact check me on that one.

You could get a USB motherboard header adapter and a game cube to USB adapter and hide a wireless dangle for one of the wireless ones.
