Don't bother getting a SSHD if you're getting a full, fat SSD already. Just get a 2 or 3tb HDD, like a WD Black.

Well same as the other guy, dont bother with an SSHD. a 480GB SSD goes for 150 CAD on Amazon right now, I just bought 1 myself.

The Aero is basically a different "reference" blower style GPU, it performance arent the best, so I'd suggest go with another like ASUS Strix, MSI Gaming X or EVGA ACX. Blower style do help with really tight space, but for a full ATX case you better off with a different cooler.

Other than that everything seem pretty barebone, you should be fine.

+ the ssd

+ the cpu

etc.

According to PcPartPicker a full build with a 7700k, 2 1070, 1 SSD, 2 HDD use about 530W, so adding around 100-150W on top of that is fine so a 650W PSU should be more than ok.

I went for the sshd as I'm already over budget, it is the first thing I'm going to do when I have some money again lol

Just buy a standard 1TB Hard Drive in that case. A WD Blue or Seagate Barracuda will be cheaper than a hybrid drive.

Also the Intel 600p is pretty crap by NVMe standards. It isn't really much better than a SATA SSD. If you want a fast NVMe SSD then you need to be looking at something like a Samsung 960 EVO or an SM961.

The 600p is purely for the os at the moment, I've got a much much faster ssd on the way. At the moment I wanted to keep costs down until I can afford a full on 1tb ssd so figured it was a halfway point and would let me get a few other things a bit better, like the motherboard and the liquid cooling as a start point to build upon
