Trouble With Bootable USB

Thanks Guys!  It works! turns out it was a bad image

I have been going at this for 2 hours now, not even thinking about LTT. I am trying to install Kali Linux and when i try to put it onto a usb disk it is all fine. The computer that im trying to but it on recognizes it in bios, but doesnt boot to it. I have been using PowerISO for this. Should i use anything different? I haave tried both usb 2.0 and 3.0 in their respective ports.

You couldd scan the file with a sum reader and then compare it with the txt file to see if it is the correct file. You can do this with this utility.
