Cant install windows

Hello..just install new motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z270X Gaming 7 ,cpu i7 6700K but cant install windows 7 or 10 from usb or cd...error:MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

I update new bios ..after update I see in bios CPU voltage go lower to 1,260 volt..before was 1.35V with old bios on stock settings..I am measure with voltmeter and i see 2.5Volt on vcore? is it normal?

VCore of 2,5 is twice as much as i have. It is definitely too much. I don't know much about Volts i your System, but I'm sure many here know.

Your VCore should be around 1 to 1,2 as far as i know. 

I'm sure someone will answer this much better for you than i did.
