obs stream lag

when i try to stream gta v on windows 10 with obs. it lags like crazy ive tried to turn it down to 1080p 30 or even 720 30. it keeps on lagging

Try running NVIDIA NVENC as the encoder. I use it like that and it really helps the stream and recordings.
