server Need help with server mobo

Hey I'm a noob with server components and I recently acquired a lga 771 dual socket motherboard with two e5405 xeons, But the dell motherboard has one 20 pin and another 24 pin main power connectors and was wondering if there are any PSUs that have both those connectors or if I need both of them?

Any other suggestions?

I'm pretty sure you'd need the specific OEM PSU model but I don't know anything so ...
