Can't type after playing Source Based Game

Hi All

 

Every time I play a Source based game on steam (Day of Defeat, TF2, Half Life 2) I can't type anything text into chrome, cortana search bar, IE or Edge, Also Windows Explorer will crash and I basically have to restart my PC.

 

Playing of games on Steam are fine (Empire Total War, War Thunder ETC).

 

Running Windows 10 Professional all patches updated etc, I've tried re-installing Steam and the game files.

 

Anybody come across this before and found a fix?
