Whats wrong?!

So i just built this brand new pc off new components off amazon and i plugged everything right, it turns on has all the fans running but when i plug it in in either my monitor or tv it just says no signal, i tried hdmi and dvi and i have no clue what went wrong. Could you please tell me whats wrong and how to fix it?

My components are an rx480 intel 6600k gigabyte h17 d3hp zalaman z9 neo  a corsair 750watt powersupply a crucial 250gb ssd and a wdblack 1tb hdd

I plugged it in to the hdmi cable into the mobo

Plug it in the RX480

Remove the gpu, plug your cable into the motherboard, see if you can get a signal

My pc also turns on and off every 30seconds

You have a short somewhere, or your PSU is dead
