Ram problem

Hello, recently i build my new pc but there is something whit the ram.I`ve got 2x4gb.When i start to play gta V on default settings, it avg 30fps but when i get in a vehicle and go fast, it start to drop the frame rate till 0 almost ... When i check my advace system care for the % usage it stays aways over 80% Why is the system struggle ? Please help :)
if anyone wants the pc specs:
CPU-AMD A10-7870K
GPU-AMD Radeon RX460 2gb gddr5
Mobo-Asus A88X-pro
HDD-WD 1TB
RAM-2x4gb Adata 1600mhz
PSU-600W Njoy 80+bronze

default settings you mean? normal? high? and MAYBE your gpu is bottlenecking your apu...

Remember to quote me (or someone else), otherwise we won't going to recieve your answers...
