Black screen

I ordered Palit Gamerock Premium GTX 1070 and for few days the card was running great but after few days I started to having isuues with loosing signal to my monitor and it started with this card. I am playing game or streaming video and somehow I am loosing signal to monitor but the sound is running normaly. I looked online and noticed that there is more people with this issue but not only with this card. Specs of my MB and CPU, may be helpfull. I uploaded a picture of what is sometimes happening after I ma forced to Restart the PC. Runs normaly after second restart.

I have few options, send back the card for refund and order another one but from what I noticed online there might be the same problem with other card or rebuild the system, 

 

someone any ideas pls. ?

maybe check for dust or change the HDMI/DVI/Displayport cable? are all cables connected properly in- and outside the case?

I will try to go fromDVI to DP or HDMI, but the card is new and there is no dust on contacts, go for the dust was my first choice of what to check. I also cleard the drivers and installed them again.

As I said before, I found out the cards may require BIOS update and there is no more update for Z87.
