Windows 10 or Windows 7 for competitive games like Dota 2 / Csgo.

Which OS that supports my vga msi gtx 1060 6gb gaming x more in comeptitive games like dota 2 or cs go?

10 will be better : in case of multi-core CPU utilization, DX12 support and etc, Windows 10 is definitely ahead of 7.

It makes no difference, neither of the titles you mentioned use dx12. I'd go for windows 10 though, despite its flaws it's better than windows 7.
