PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello ppl I need major help for two months. Ow I have had this issue and i don't know what to do anymore. I live in Fort Mac Alberta and I use NHL game centre to watch Canucks games as I can't watch the region locked ones and this works great except two months ago I started using ipvanosh for a vpn server and one day I logged into a Vancouver server to see how the speeds compared and now ever since then my network believes I am in Vancouver blacking out the games for me even when I am not using the vpn and just on my home network. The only way I can watch the games is if I connect to say Seattle but that doesn't help when I wanna watch them on my tv through my Xbox my IP address shows me in Fort Mac and nothing anywhere shows me in Vancouver the only way I know this is by trying to watch Canucks games I have tried every setting called Telus and emailed ipvanish and nothing has worked so please does anyone know how I can fix this!!! 

 

Side note the only way on my network I can watch the games is on my iPhone through my wifi but if my laptop or desktop on Xbox is on the wifi it won't work either not will a MacBook my roommate has

Reset your VPN Settings?

I have tried that reset both networks on my computers why I don't understand is how it effected the Xbox I've turned off homegroup turned off IPv6 cleared dns cache I'm out of ideas
