Problem with new build

Hello , I have a big problem with my new rig , I just bought new components and games don't work how I was expecting.

I am a youtuber with Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator , and it's laggy on a clear highway I have 60 fps constantly , in the city I got 5-10 fps , even if I use low settings or high settings. 

 

CPU: Intel I7-7700K stock

GPU: Gigabyte GTX1070 G1 Gaming 8GB

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z270X Ultra Gaming

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX Red 16GB DDR4 3000MHz CL15 Dual Channel

CPU Water Cooling : Corsair Hydro Series H100i v2 Extreme Performance

PSU: Sirtec - High Power Element Smart 750W

SSD M.2 : Transcend MTS800 128GB SATA-III M.2 2280 I have only windows and programs on it.

SSD : Intel 540s Series 240GB

what about performance in other games? preferably games that are quite taxing

are those low fps only drops or constant? If only drops it's ETS 2 to blame. I have the same issue. when driving in city's. but it only occures for 1/2 seconds.

Well I played DayZ on max and 60 fps constantly and streaming.

Only drops , but a long time , around 3-4 seconds game freezes and then 10-20 fps , and again 3-4 seconds freezes , no other apps running , just the gaming , and ofc steam.

Maybe those games don't go so well with Kabylake? IDK

 

If DayZ works fine, than I really don't see why ETS2 and ATS don't.
