M.2(M) vs M.2(B+M): whats the difference?

So im about to build my first pc and im currently deciding on my storage. I already know i want a m.2 ssd to install windows onl. pcpartpicker has 2 different m.2 choices, m.2(M) and m.2(B+M), and i was just wondering whats the difference?
