Yes 430W is enough

CPU is rated for 95W
GPU is rated for 120W

thats TDP and that says verry little about power draw but yes it should be enough as long as thats 430W on the 12V rail and its a decent quality PSU

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

true i understand TDP has to do with thermals

but i feel like it has to count for some sort of metric no? i'll do some more research into the matter i guess

Would you say a 95W TDP processor can/will draw more power than 95watts? (non overclocked)

The power draw of locked processors seems to almost always be lower than the TDP under normal loads. I've only seen my 2500K exceed its 95 TDP when I specifically stress it with something like P95 or aida.

yes, not all the power is turned into heat, its not a space heater(unless its a GTX 480, R0 290X2 or FX 9xxx lol)
