Hi there.

In my current setup i'm in need of a router that would be used as a "proxy" to send data from my modem (which sadly got weird connection limits on wifi).

Are there any suitable options for sub 50$ price that i could use? (I need two ethernet outputs as well, pref gigabit)

Probably the cheap TP link router
https://www.amazon.com/TP-Link-Wireless-Router-300Mbps-TL-WR841N/dp/B001FWYGJS/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1485550396&sr=8-11&keywords=TP+link

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

While i do have an old computer, i'd rather have something not eating up like 50Wats per hour. :)

Thanks for suggestion. Is there anything closer to 60-70$ range that you could "recommend"?

Not really they work fine unless you need top speeds or long range

I guess not, it should be fine for 150mbps internet right?

The range will be probably one room (max of 2 thin walls) arround the router).
