My PC is in my signature and it should be able to handle this type of use.. i also have 3 screens but im only gaming on 1 of them. 2 are connected in the gpu and 1 from motherboard since the gpu doesnt have the outputs.

Check your temps and check if there is any dust build up on either your gpu fan or cpu as if it could thermal throttle

Not that i know about. it just started from nowhere

Well i really don't know. Maybe just do a full scan with your anti virus and check task manager to see if anything bad or unwanted is running in the background and check control panel to see if anything is installed that shouldn't be.

i did a full virus scan with my anti virus program (f-secure) and i searched my PC with malwarebytes.. nothing suspicious found.. and nothing big running in the background. everything should work. as soon as i close the game all the videos are as normal again. wtf is going on

I have no idea really. That is everything i would have done. Just one more idea, did you move your pc to a different area of your house before the issue started? If so did you knock it as that could have damages some hardware.
