Windowed/Fullscreen/Borderless FPS ?

Is there a FPS difference when running games in Windowed/Fullscreen/Borderless

 

i personally always run my games in Borderless so i am not getting the most fps i could have been getting if it run it in fullscreen ?

yea, depending what resources the game depends on(CPU, GPU, etc)

Depends on the engine. I notice fps loss in some games for triple 1080, which makes me use Surround, but generally not much.

There shouldn't be a difference between Borderless/Windowed, but some games might get slightly higher FPS on Fullscreen. Another thing to note is Borderless/Windowed, in some games, can have a bit more input lag because of the way Windows handles inputs for windowed applications vs exclusive fullscreen applications. For most games it probably won't even be noticeable, but if you can run the game in fullscreen without issues (alt-tabbing is the most common problem), it may feel a little more responsive.
