Okay so, for some reason my computer is acting weird,

Problems:

Streaming services / any video service (youtube, twitch, netflix, etc) does not work, on twitch i get an "error while decoding media source" message, im guessing its the same problem for the other video services.

Any game i try to launch is just stuck at black screen.

No sound whatsoever

Abnormally loud at times

Yesterday nothing was wrong with my computer, and i have not downloaded anything or even changed anything since last night. Just seems kinda random.

Does any of you smart guys have any idea what the problem is?

Specs in the picture if that matters

Edit: Let me know if this is the wrong section to be posting this

I did, twice actually, i also tried fixing the streaming / video issues by turning hardware acceleration off

It sounds most like a GPU problem. Make sure drivers are up to date, possibly even uninstall drivers using DDU and reinstall. If all else fails, pull the gpu and try running off integrated. At the very least, we can rule the gpu out.

The FX-4170 does not have integrated graphics, if he has a second video card to try out, that could help to rule out a GPU issue.

I unfortunately do not have another gpu lying around

I agree with @bgibbz that you should try and do a completely fresh install of the AMD drivers just to see if they are having an issue.  Maybe check to see when they were last updated as well...  Not sure, but if the problems cropped up after a driver update, then that could be the source of your problems and you may need to roll the drivers back to an older version.

@WMGroomAK @bgibbz

So I used the DDU, and now twitch and youtube works.

How to i activate my gpu again? I cant launch a game without it, currently have a basic microsoft graphic card

You should be able to go to AMDs website and look up the most recent driver for your GPU/OS.  Looking on AMDs website, it appears to be the Crimson ReLive 17.1.1.
