Problem installing win10

I am trying to install win10 from win7
but everytime i try an error occured
windows 10 installation Stop code: memory management

Is this on a desktop or laptop?

What are the specs of your pc?

Are you trying to do an upgrade from Windows 7, thus keeping all of your files, or are you trying to do a clean install?

Hi,
i7 6700k
gigabyte h170 gaming 3
8gb kingston ram 2100+(not sure) mhz
1x 500gb hdd (win7)

2x 1tb hdd

1x intel m2 ssd 120gb (this is where i'm trying to install win10 clean)

its a desktop

Boot memtest86 from a USB drive to make sure your RAM didn't go bad and let us know.
