New headset

So I'm thinking of buying a new headset. There are few options: to go for a headset with included micrphone OR to go for headset and microphon separately.

My budget is 200euro (I think that is a lot of money for a headset). When I was playing with some random people on CSGO and old CoD2 server they could hear people from across the map and I couldn't. I need advice what option to go for and what specific item to buy. Thank a lot.

It would be nice if you have experince in these games.

Was thinking of buying Hyper X Cloud 2

Why take those if you have a budget of 200€?

A few questions.

Open or closed back? (Open = better soundstage but severe noise leak)

What sound do you like/want to try? Flat? Bass? Treble?

Headset: HyperX Cloud 1, the 2 comes with a shitty usb dongle, not worthed at all.

 

Other than that better to stick with proper headphones.
