Hi, I'm planning to build an external GPU enclosure so I can bring my laptop to LAN parties, but I can't find a thunderbolt 3 cable long enough to reach my bed from my desk so if anyone knows where I can find a long thunderbolt 3 cable please tell me.

Here's the PCIE enclosure: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01K5Z13I2/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=3MNYV54DXH8ZY&coliid=I34P0GCM4SQ2YL

Here's a powered PCIE extension: https://www.amazon.com/Powered-Flexible-Extender-Bitcoin-Mining/dp/B00CQB1RIU/ref=pd_sim_147_18?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=PYAMX5K4AS61JX8Z1W0

You will also need a generic power supply (don't cheap out here because otherwise it could blow up.)

the top is where the gpu would go. if I remember right that box doesn't support gpus.

the bottem is an extension cable for pcie if you were to run lots of gpus in a desktop not a thunderbolt cable

That's what the PCIE extension cable is for. It provides additional power and it lets the GPU sit outside the box. Also it's not used for cryptocurrency mining which is what you're referring to. It is a PCIE 4X gen 3 slot.
