I got the Acer XB271HU a few weeks back, it was perfect until now.  I  noticed some kind of dirt stuck on the monitor, pretty common, i just wiped it with a piece of cloth thinking it was dust or something simple like that. I cleaned it with a little bit of pressure trying to get it all out, it was a little bit hard to clean. Once i look at the spot again, there's some kind of half-circle of weird looking pixels. I can't really explain how it looks, they don't look like dead pixels, they just have some kind of sparkle, shimmer effect. They are noticeable on a white background, they reflect some kind of shimmering with pink and greenish colors. They are NOT dead pixels since i can only see the problem when the pixels display a white color. When the monitor is off, i can still see the dirt stuck on the monitor, i can't get it out with my dry cleaning wipes. I would gladly post a picture of how it looks on a white background, but my camera doesn't catch the problem.  Any ideas on what's going on? How to fix it? I can't even find a similar problem on google, i'm getting really frustrated.
