Can you put a PS4 into a different case?

You can check ifixit for disassembly. The motherboard replacement guide should give you the info you need. As for the holes, line up the io with the hole in the back, and drill the holes

It should be. The PS4 is pretty small and this is an ATX case. You can check by looking at the dimensions of the ps4 mobo on the ifixit teardown to make sure they are smaller than that case.
