Teaching Children Programming?

This isn't a question about programming or code however it is about an event I heard about a while ago. So I heard about this event that for a week this organization would teach younger students how to program. Granted it was a very basic form of programming similar to Scratch but they learned some none the less. I can't remember what the organization was called or what they called that week so I figured other programmers may have heard of it and remember what it was since I can't.

Any help would be appreciated.

There are plenty of local and regional classes and stuff that do this, so picking out the exact one you heard about is like finding a needle in a stack of needles.

I heard about it by the bing news feed that shows up when you go to bing. Thanks for replying though I will keep trying to find it.
