A friend of mine recently noticed some some framerate dips in Heroes of the Storm and investigated, noticing that his VRAM usage was constantly at 0% during the gaming session.
He sent me the attached pic, taken while having HoTS open in a window. The drivers are updated to the last version. The problem persist across games, after multiple reboots and after reinstalling the drivers from scratch.
The framerate dips to 35 from 110 when it runs normally for HoTS. Do you know what's going on here? The PC has been working for months now. I can provide specs if needed.
Thanks a lot.

Try reinstalling the GPU drivers

Try reinstalling the GPU tweak

What RX460 does he have? 2GB or 4GB? It's possible that if he has a 2GB card, he's running out of Vram(?)

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

Already tried reinstalling. He has a ASUS ROG STRIX RX 460 with 4GB of VRAM.
