nvidia Nvidia driver

Hi guys,

I got an update yesterday, 24.1.2017, for nvidia drivers for my GT 740 gpu. After installing it, when i tried to shut down my pc, it just starts back up(baisicaly just restarts). I tried shuting it down in the start menu, manually by holding the button on my computer and even through command prompt...always with the same result. Im just wonthering if someone else is expiricing this issue, because im not even sure that its becausee of drivers, but i tried a few solutions that i found online that werent connected with drivers, with no resolve. I have windows 7. I tried reinstalling the drivers both automatically and manually and using the "clean" install that nvidia provides...the only thing i havent tried is going back to old drivers. Hope you can shine some light on my problem.

nVidia driver cleaner is useless

try boot to Safe mode and do the shut down and see if the PC wakes back up

Thanks for the advice. It happened yesterday at 3:30am, so i didn't have time to try everything so i just turned off my power supply. I just came home started my PC and tried to shut it down, and it worked. So i have no idea whats going on. Do you think i should reinstall my drivers or just wait and see if the problem comes back?
