i don't know if this is the right place for this topic, but anyway,

i'm running fedora 25, and have windows 10 installed under virtualbox.

windows 10 can configure my ethernet adapter fine, with bridged network selected in the virtualbox settings, however,

my wifi interface doesn't work the same way. windows will keep saying identifying, and i cannot get windows online.

If you plan on using both adapters, go into Settings > Network, enable a new Adapter (Adapter 2), attach it to a Bridged Adapter, and select the wireless interface (wlan/wlp1s0/etc).

If this still causes your issue, try switching the adapter slots (wlan as Adapter 1, ethernet as Adapter 2)

nothing worked. now windows doesn't see anything. it just says no interfaces or something like that. i even reinstalled the guest additions and that didn't work either

EDIT: i checked device manager and it sees 2 internet controllers with no drivers.....

try using KVM. its built into linux better and you can use it with gnome boxes.
