Laptop Again..

I'm looking for laptop that my sister will be using for school. She plays csgo or league of legends and that is it(school stuff, not hardcore)

So I asked how much she want to spend and she said $400 us dollar max.

What are some budget laptops?? it would be nice if it is around like 15in because she have to carry that on the bus and train to downtown.......

I was thinking of i5 maybe with 8gb ram doesn't matter ddr3 or ddr4
