Hyperper 212 evo enough?

Just bought a 7700k...not planning to do any big OC on it. Was curious to know if the hyper 212 would be suffice for cooling or if i need to go something like bequiet darkrock 3 or if should go AIO. Thanks for your help!

The i7's very little power if your not overclocking, it wil be fine.

Hyper 212 can do basic overclocking.

A cryorig H7 would do better in temps for a small increase in price. But a 212 EVO would be enough if you don't overclock too crazy

Didn't they mention the 212 evo is no longer a effective cooler for the nee gen cpu?
