One Way Sync

Hello Everyone,

I have been searching for a service/script that supports one way sync backup. See Google Drive as an example is a two way sync to where if I delete the file to free up space it eventually removes it from my gdrive. Is there any provider that has this or even better a script for a server with software on the client's end? The only thing that I have found (which isn't really an option) is owncloud but it's not really proving useful.
