Ditch the Radeon SSD for something from PNY that is a bit cheaper. If you're willing to buy some parts used, CPU's, coolers, even RAM potentially are easy ways to cut costs due to low failure rate.

The PSU is nothing special too. You don't need an ODD too. Most OS/Windows can install w/o an optical drive

an i5 6500 costs 260CAD
edit: also that mobo is so cheap and awful, pls upgrade

i would recommend 8320E 
or wait for Ryzen chips
