XSplit - How do I use Colour key?

I've been having problems with XSplit's colour key feature since it doesn't completely key out the colour I want it to. It looks very jagged and when I enable anti aliasing, it's pretty much unreadable. Is there a way around this? 

Specifically speaking, Youtube's live chat bg is white, and it doesn't work very well. Twitch has a dark option, which allows for better results. Ideas on how I can fix this?
