I dont know which parts work best for game engines and want the answer for that

Are you going to game or video edit? Or is this just for game development? Working on what type of monitor? 1080p, 1440p, 4K? Do you just need a pc, or is a monitor and peripherals also included in that budget?

I'm going to assume from your username that you live in India. Keep in mind that you also need a keyboard, mouse, monitor, and Windows key.

An i7-6700k hyperthreads. It will be powerful enough for what you are doing.

The 5820k isn't much better, actually, and it's not very good value. It has more cores/threads, but you'll have to buy an X99 board. You end up paying more for less.

However, you should wait a little while for AMD's new Ryzen CPUs, which will be out soon. Intel's LGA 2011v3 chips are poor value, but Ryzen promises not to be.
