Odd problems with m550

It shows as 96% health and has 7TB of writes. 

After being on for a few minutes, it wouldn't write and had to be restarted. Oddly, when I pulled it to rip it, it didn't have problems cloning and didn't have problems getting new info copied to it. However, the new windows installation will have explorer freeze and need restarted after like a day. I'm pretty sure it's not the host machine, I could throw it in a  different computer or take an image and put it on a different drive, but it takes so long to happen itll be difficult to diagnose. I've considered buying another SSD and trying it, can't have too many ssds, but due to the inflated SSD prices atm I'd like to wait it I can. 

Not that familiar with SSD failure, so I would like help.
