Those temps are perfectly fine. 

You're fine up to 80-90c at load on either. That's ~180f.

That being said, you should probably start using Celsius instead of Fahrenheit when it comes to pc components.

100f or ~40c is perfectly fine.

Idle temps don't really matter much though and you should focus on load instead.

yea I can see that everyone else uses Celsius, and why does it seem so bad but its ok for temps to be that high?
