GPU Upgrade Problems

I wanted to upgrade my gt 610 to a gt 730, so I had switched to integrated graphics, uninstalled the old drivers, and installed the new drivers. When I booted up my PC it stopped at the first windows screen, beeped three times, and then shut off. There are no compatibility issues apparently, Can someone please help me?

Specs? What was the process you went through to swap the part? (from start to finish). Did you take any precautions from static charge and such?
