Which ssd to go for?

Hi, i have a few choices of ssd to go for. Kingston 120GB SSDNow V300 or the samsung 840 evo 128gb ssd or the plextor m5pro 128gb. I have read online benchmarks about these ssds and comparisons but different websites always have different read and write speeds of the ssds, sometimes even varying by 100 MBps! So can anyone tell me which to choose?

The V300 is crap, the 840 Evo has the partially solved slowdown issue, and the M5 Pro is good.

Because it doesn't have any issues like the 840 Evo, and uses MLC rather than TLC.
