My dad wants to get a surround setup to play iracing. What moniters would be good for surround 1080p I want them to be ips and decent quality. No budget as this is and idea but about $400 +or-. Do the moniters have to be the same for a surround setup? any help is appreciated. :)

Acer H236HL Bid, the thin bezel will make it so much better and they're cheap.

This^

Corsair Obsidian 800D | Msi GD-80 z68 | Intel Core i72600k (stock speeds at the moment) | Msi Gtx 570 twin frozr III | 8GB Corsair Dominator @1600mHz | Coolermaster evo 212 temporary) | Cooled by Gelid Wings | Intel SRT smart caching | Windows 7 ultimate x64

So could i use my moniter (dell S2340M) in a surround with 2 of those acer moniters? Or would i need three of those

Yes its awesome but that is not out yet and a tripple moniter setup will be good for general gaming andproductivity. Thank you for your input though :)

is he wanting to play it competetively? If so I would recommend a 120/144hz monitor.

no just for fun my dad and brother love to play racing games so we have a decent wheel for it and my dad went to the nascar hall of fame or something and saw the setups they had there so he want to see if he could do that. Also It will be running of my rig so having that fps might not happen in surround.
