Well, even ebay is not showing any results. I think you're out of luck here. Why not get him a new laptop or something instead?

He hates laptops, and says that the computer that he has costed to much to change it too "soon" (he uses igpu and an AMD Turion II)

Well say to him that if he wants his computer to work again, he needs a new motherboard, which will be over 50 Euros for such an old socket.
