They have different smells, Asus smells like lemons, while the XFX one smells like grapes. It's all up to your personal choice man. (Lemons are better.)

Don't do this. 

XFX has terrible customer service. Just no. Trust me. Even a longer warranty can't make up for it imo. 

Their English website has broken english literally everywhere. Good luck getting an RMA.

Ive never had an rma with XFX before, asus on the other hand ive had 5 rmas so far, each rma took over a month, the longest took 4 months. seems like they are both bad, as a result go the cheaper one

Both are fine, I personally prefer ASUS because of their superior customer support, but that's just me.

asus are famous for having bollocks support services, i didnt believe it until i was victim to it, multiple times.

They are the same card, but I would wait for the non-reference cards, as they will have much better cooling.

They are both the same cards but I would go with the Asus one due to their great customer support that I have experienced with them.
