When i play a game like need for speed shift 2 uleashed and projectcars i have trouble shifting gears with my xbox 360 wireless controller

I use lb and rb

It either won't change gears or it often goes 2 gear op or down and make it impossibel to have smooth gear change when i want to, need to

Does anybody know a solution to my problem ?

What is your CPU usage at?  Your CPU might have trouble playing games and processing the adapter fast enough at the same time.

no problems at all it's an old game from 2011 i5 6600k atm 4.0 ghz under 60% i have had this problem for long time, could have been because of the game was an old game and not updated but it also happens with project cars, can't remember if it happens in dirt3 the complete edition

Not shure if it's a general problem with the xbox 360 wireless controller i didn't find anything about it using google

The 360's wireless gamepad, even on PC, has no known latency issues, and it certainly wouldn't have game specific latency issues.  If you can rule out mechanical issues with the gamepad, then the software is the only thing left.
