Hello,

So I have installed these two different RAM kits into my computer and for some reason it will read a different amount of sticks with different configurations on the motherboard. It also reads in different lanes with different sticks and sometimes it wont it is very odd. Right now i have them in and it is reading 3 of them (out of luck) but the computer is not working well at all. I flashed my BIOS to the most current version and I also cleared the motherboard memory (took out the little battery and put it back) and tried many many different combos of having the ram installed and different ones work in different slots and not in other slots. should i just ditch these four and get a new kit? I had the series 4 for a year and everything was fine until now.  I'm afraid to try moving them around again cause most of the time it will only read 1.

Mixing RAM should work unless there's an issue with the CPU or motherboard. Have you disabled XMP and any overclocks?
