I find it suspicious that it's registering at exactly half 2133 Mhz. (DDr means you double the figure reported) I'd suspect that it's running at 2133Mhz, which is your RAM speed before any XMP profile is applied.

Does your motherboard support this high RAM speed without overclocking?
