Screen Flickering

I accidently backdated my Nvidia drivers without uninstalling my current drivers. Now, everytime I start CS:GO my screen flickers and sometimes the game is stuck at a black screen. I uninstalled my old drivers and reinstalled the new drivers and the problem still persists. Any ideas?

Update: This problem continues to persist. I'm out of ideas. My screen now sometimes stays black when CS:GO is launched.
