Hello, I need help choosing PC parts for my new gaming PC it needs to play any game (Except Mafia 3 that's weird needs a GTX 1070 to get 60fps 1080p) at 1080p 60fps also I need help choosing peripherals too thanks, guys!

 

- 1080p 60fps

- KMB (Cherry MX Blues or Browns)

- Monitor (1080p, 60hz 1ms to 5ms, Good PPI)

- Around 1K to about 1.2K 1.3K not sure whatever gets the job done. (GBP)

- Also, include all the essentials like an OS a case PCIe wifi card stuff like that.

Same, drop to i5-7600 if you want it cheaper.

Better PSU (even if you are going with the other builds, i still suggest this PSU over his), a separate WIFI card. Kabylake CPU, even though not a huge improvement over skylake, the GHz is higher, especially for non overclocking situations.
