My pc wont boot up

So, I just got some parts for my new pc and I built it, but when I try to turn it on only the fans start spinning and everything lights up, but there is no signal on the monitor, the motherboard says error 62. I tried everything (replacing ram, removing and placing back cmos battery, tried using on-board graphics and the GPU, I triple checked every connector,...) and I still dont know whats causing the problem, I dont know if the error is in the components themselves (are they broken?) or i just screwed up something, I really dont want this to fail because I spent around 3k on this computer. I will put a picture of my build at pcpartpicker. PLS HELP

I do not know whats wrong with your computer as i a relatively new to computers (2 weeks) but i hope fix as fast as possible. cause i sure as hell don't want that happening to me when i get my own computer.

From what I've read though, error 62 is linked to a faulty GPU or PCI port.
