How much are you looking to spend, and what sort of things are you going to be doing (podcasting, streaming, singing...)?

Are you looking for better sound quality or something along the same lines as the yeti?

Do you want something easily mounted on an arm or a desk standing mic?

Have an arm I used for my yeti , looking to spend around £100 and I'm for the UK and brought it off Amazon

Cool, so there are a few options i'd consider:

sE Electronics SEE-X1 (USB): I've experience with their high end products, and the build and sound quality are very impressive. Currently £75 + £5 shipping

Shure MV5-LTG (USB): One of the well reviewed Motiv series for consumer applications, comes with a small stand but uses a tripod thread (1/4'') rather than the standard 5/8'', you might be able to find an adapter. Currently £99.

If you have an audio interface which can provide phantom power then consider the ever popular AT2020 non-usb version for £95, The USB version is around £120.

If you don't have an audio interface, and don't want a USB mic, a dynamic mic can be used directly with the mic in port on a motherboard. You'll get better quality with an interface but it's not vital. You can pick up a sm58 from £50 upwards on fleabay, replacement grilles can be bought for less than £10.

For what it's worth i'd probably go with the SEE-X1 if you don't have the money to spend on a decent interface and mic.
