My Mom finally allowed me to get a computer, I'm not looking for a hardcore 4k 60fps water-cooled system, I'm just looking for something that would run averages apps, like Word and Chrome and some light to moderate gaming, FPS to be more exact. I've gathered a list of components and I'd like to know your ideas on them.

Pretty good build. The Hyper 212 Evo cpu cooler is not really needed. The stock Intel cooler will good a good job.

A dual channel memory kit would be optimal with this motherboard as it has four memory slots, so there would be two free for upgrades. I would suggest something like  G.Skill NT Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory.

A 240GB ssd would be a very nice addition, if it could be squeezed into your budget.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Thanks! Just overlooked the part where it said the i5 came with a cooler.
