Internet?

Hi! My internet has been acting up (I think) and I need some help, here's the situation. 

Youtube video are taking forever to load and same with webpages (I use Google Chrome). I have checked my internet speeds and I've got 80mbps down 30 up, processor, disk, and memory are under light load (peaking 20%). not really sure what else to look into.. Can anyone help? 

 

I guess if you need my specs:
Windows 10

i7 4790k

gtx 960

Asus H97 motherboard

16gb ddr3 1600 

450 watt pwr supply

Alright, can you open CMD and type in ipconfig /flushdns and try again.

Try turning Hardware Acceleration off in Chrome Advanced Settings.
